For over 10 years I’ve immersed myself in chronic pain science and learning from people just like you seeking relief from their experience with chronic pain. Yoga provides a non-invasive approach to not just navigating your pain, but for navigating your life. We are multi-dimensional beings and when facing challenges it is often best served by a multi-dimensional approach.

What I’ve learned is that while humans are very similar and we can surmise what can work to reduce your challenges from chronic pain, your recipe for pain relief is unique to you.


Two Paths to Choose From

Start with a series of personalized Yoga Therapy sessions or by attending the weekly online class.

Scheduling for Yoga Therapy allows us to meet 1:1. You receive focused attention and an intake which includes an assessment, review of your personal history, introduce how Yoga pairs well with our current understanding of chronic pain relief. All of this goes into our exploration tailored to you. Your interests, Yoga experience, phase of life, and any conditions you are managing along with chronic pain. Clients attend at a frequency that meets their interests and needs.

The weekly online class can be a class you start in or phase into after a Yoga Therapy series. The online class includes an online or in person intake which is a great orientation to Yoga for Chronic Pain and helps you make the most of a live online class.
