Morning Yoga: 6:30-7:30 a.m. MST via Zoom
Let’s clear the cobwebs and set the intention for your day ahead. A reality based ‘active enough’ practice intended to support you on all levels throughout your day.
No experience necessary. This class will include floor and standing asana.
Fee: sliding scale $0 for those not currently working $5-15 contribution for those who can afford Venmo @marina-zaleski. You may inquire about other options.
What will you need?
a blanket: to cushion your knees when on your knees
a cushion/blanket/something: for sitting comfortably with minimal effort
a yoga mat is not necessary but can be helpful
Log on a little early – we’ll begin at 6:30 a.m.
